BYJ (DYZY)18-21/35 standard pressurized operation unit BOP system has its static sealing pressure of 35MPa, dynamic sealing pressure of 21MPa. One system can be operated in four difference ways upon different pressure :
When wellhead pressure is less than 4MPa, it can be used for self-sealing pipe string and carrying lower tubing
When the pressure is 5-14MPa, spherical plastic core annular BOP can be used for sealing pipe string , carrying lower tubing and passing couping .
When the pressure reaches 15-21MPa, two special single-ram BOP and rising cross tee may be used to pour out tubing and couping
When the pressure reaches 21-35MPa, operation may stop and lower ram BOP may be closed .
Pressure grade 70MPa, stroke of hydro cylinder travel:3.3m, the entire units is equipped with 70MPa annular BOP and ram BOP ,while hydraulic double-ram BOP is equipped with shear ram, Dynamic sealing pressure is 35-70MPa ,while static sealing pressure is 70MPa
